How I work
With science-based nervous system regulation tools and Holy Spirit-led inquiry, we create a space where you can surrender. When you surrender, you can let go. You can release what you are carrying. Not in our strength and not by our works, but by His grace and love.
Always in a pace that allows you to process fully. Practical. Trauma-informed.

Christ-centered breathwork is not a course or a program. Not a quick fix or spiritual performance. It is a space held in His love, and His authority. You can expect practical, science based tools, nervous system regulation and honest inquiry.
