I was at the Kaleo Retreat weekend in Florida (Nov 6–9) and participated in your breathwork session. Even thinking back on it makes me emotional. You taught me not only the importance of slowing down to connect with God, but also guided me through one of my most beautiful encounters with Him.
I wanted to reach out and share how deeply touched I was by your breathwork session at the August retreat. I experienced it during the Kaleo retreat. I felt so seen, safe and restored in that space.
On the last day of the retreat, so many women talked about your breathwork session. It was life-changing for them and they are going to take the tools with them to help them through their ups and downs.
